1. What WoM Pros is
WoM Pros is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent, small trade businesses and helps general contractors find verified pros. WoM Pros is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a pro, and does not perform the work itself.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- We may disable accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
3. Pros and contractors
- Pros must hold the licenses and insurance required for the work they offer and keep them current.
- Verification reflects documents reviewed at a point in time and is not a guarantee of workmanship.
- Listing subscriptions and capped tiered success fees apply as shown on the fee schedule available to signed-in pros and contractors.
- Profile changes are subject to admin review before they are published.
4. Homeowners
Review estimates before approving work. Payments made through the platform are processed by our payment provider. Reviews may only be left for completed, paid jobs and must be honest and relevant.
5. Acceptable use
Don't post false or misleading information, harass other users, circumvent fees, scrape the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, FLEXEC Advisory, LLC is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of work performed by pros, or for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
